I first fell in love with fragrances when I severely hurt my back in 2008 and could no longer participate in my first love, golf.

This passion led me to begin reviewing fragrances on YouTube under the username DkMode83. The fragrance community I connected with online further established my passion for these powerful and beautiful mixtures.

Present day, I've become increasingly sensitive to the harsh aroma chemicals regularly used in modern perfumery.  I use fragrances as a grounding technique for PTSD and Chronic pain. I often times find myself sniffing my wrist to stay in the present moment. Instead of sitting in my pain, I focus on enjoying the layers of the scent on my wrist. 

Additionally, I believe fragrances have the ability to tell a story and instantly transport you to an oasis within your mind simply by taking a whiff. Imagine a unique wedding day scent that you and your partner can use to reminisce about your special day or giving the gift a personalized scent to show someone you love them.

I created Scentsory Fragrances because it allows me to share my passion for fragrances. I hope you, too, can find a scent you love, without the headache of harsh chemicals. Each fragrance we sell is hand crafted by Youtube reviewer Dkmode83/Dave Kerber.
